Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, the showers had excellent water pressure and an overall well-supplied experience, complete with friendly staff always quick to assist and a relaxing outdoor swimming pool to unwind after a long day.

During my stay, I loved the easy access to Capital Garden, which was just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, and I appreciated how close I was to the beautiful Abu Dhabi Public Beach, perfect for a sunset stroll by the water.

The staff were super friendly, especially this guy, Shami, who always checked in on me about my food preferences. The ambience was great at the Iftar buffet. nice setup. Just wish the food had a little more spice for my taste. All in all, a lovely experience.

The Deluxe Suite in the new building offers a comfortable experience with three windows that provide some natural light, even if limited. The hotel's location allows easy access to local attractions, adding convenience to the stay.

Staying in the Royal tower meant dealing with street noise that made it hard to catch some Zs. During my time there, noise from fitness center renovations on the 4th floor was a constant distraction. The dining options varied, but the buffet fell short in selection, particularly on the night of Iftar, and the chaos during breakfast hours didn’t help. Also, some electrical sockets seemed unreliable, and flushing issues with the toilets could be inconvenient.

The bed felt heavenly, ensuring restful nights. I spent time at the Stratos bar. the rotating views were incredible, and the cocktails were top-notch. Breakfast at Palmier had an extensive and delicious selection, making mornings delightful. However, the room service menu lacked detail, especially for continental breakfast. I had to guess what my order included, which felt frustrating. The elevator process was a bit odd. having to pre-select the floor was confusing at times. Overall, these minor inconveniences didn’t overshadow the lovely amenities, but enhanced clarity in service would be helpful.
